Timothy L. Austin
Mr.
Austin's practice emphasizes employee benefit planning, estate planning, and
tax planning for individuals and businesses. In addition, he represents
clients in matters of business formations, acquisitions and reorganizations.
Mr. Austin earned his Master of Laws in Taxation from the University of
Florida, his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Washington School of
Law, and his Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the University
of Washington
Mr.
Austin is a member of the Seattle Estate Planning Council, the Seattle Pension
Roundtable, and the Washington Society of Certified Public Accountants. He was
a lecturer in Golden Gate University's Graduate Tax Program from 1983 through
1993.
A
Washington native, Mr. Austin has practiced in the Seattle area since 1975,
first as a certified public accountant with KPMG Peat Marwick and then as a
partner with the law firm of Graham & Dunn He is also a councilmember and
former mayor of the City of Mill Creek.
